Hutton House B&B Policies
Deposit: One Night Stay to hold reservation or half whichever is greater.
**Must be age 21 or older to book a reservation.
Rates: Rates are per room per night/double occupancy - additional person $15.00 each
**Rates do not include state/local taxes and processing fees.
Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Checks.
Cancellations: Refund of deposit minus a $15.00 charge will be made if cancellation notice is received 72 hours prior to 12:01 AM on the reservation date.
Pets: Sorry no pets. We have resident pets here.
Smoking: Thank you for not smoking inside of our bed and breakfast. **You may smoke outside. Please dispose of cigarettes/ashes appropriately.
Special Needs: We are very happy to accomodate any special needs you may have. These include but are not limited to food restrictions/food allergies, handicap, and medical conditions. Please just let us know and we will prepare.
